  • Cloudflare R2 – Cloud hosting and data storage
  • Google Workspace – Email services and communications
  • Apple – Payment processing for App Store purchases
  • Identity verification service providers (when you use verification features)
  • Analytics providers (to understand App usage)
  • Customer support tools and services

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

5.2 No Guarantee of Security

IMPORTANT: Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures contained in the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Retention Periods

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specific retention periods include:

The App is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. Children under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the App independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18.

Parents and guardians may provide information about their children (such as names, ages, and photos) when using the App. By providing this information, you represent that you have the authority to do so and consent to our collection and use of this information as described in this Privacy Policy.

8.3 Parental Responsibility

IMPORTANT: Parents and guardians are solely responsible for determining what information about their children to share on the App. We do not verify the appropriateness of information shared or monitor how information about children is used by other users. The App is operated from Hong Kong, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Hong Kong and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.

  • Google Workspace – Email and communication services

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
